Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Philadelphia, PA, for a Patient Registration Representative. Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with registration processes, verifying insurance information, collecting patient documentation, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The role involves handling patient inquiries, explaining procedural and financial information, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure exceptional patient care and service. Qualifications Proficiency in Patient Registration and Insurance Verification processes Familiarity with Medical Terminology and healthcare procedures Experience in delivering high-quality Customer Service and Patient Care Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff effectively Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment Previous experience in a medical office setting and knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous
