Job Description Salary Range: $320k–$350k (depending on experience) We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong physician to provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan- including newborns, children, adolescents, and adults. This is an opportunity to practice meaningful medicine in an outpatient environment where relationship-building, prevention, and access to care truly matter. Position Overview The Primary Care Physician will deliver full-spectrum outpatient care with a strong emphasis on pediatrics and newborn care. You will serve a diverse patient population and work closely with nurses, advanced practice providers, social services, and care coordinators to ensure holistic, culturally competent care. This role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician comfortable seeing newborns and children as part of routine practice. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to newborns, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients Conduct newborn examinations and ongoing well-child visits Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care services, including immunizations and routine screenings Deliver patient education focused on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle management Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Coordinate specialty referrals and ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient-centered outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case discussions Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active or eligible for New York State medical license Fluent in Spanish (required) Comfortable providing care to newborns and pediatric patients Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities Ideal Candidate Profile Strong clinical foundation in outpatient primary care Passion for community health and preventive medicine Cultural competency and ability to build trust with Spanish-speaking families Collaborative team player with strong communication skills Why Join This Practice?
