Manager (CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LMHC ), Outpatient *SIGN ON BONUS
ELIGIBLE for external candidates* Arms Acres is looking for a
Clinical Case Manager to join our outpatient team in The Bronx, NY
. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical case
management services that include: assessments, individual, group
and family treatment, treatment plan coordination, referent
relations, discharge planning, and intervention with client support
systems, including social service programs and managed care. We are
a substance abuse recovery center seeking driven, client focused
counselors to make a difference! Requirements: REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS: CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LMFT or LMHC required
Master's Degree in related field Experience working specifically
with outpatient substance abuse counseling preferred Bilingual
required INDMP
