Compensation: $320K–$500K per year Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
She Recruits is seeking a dedicated Gynecologist to join a growing
private healthcare group in the New York area. This role offers the
opportunity to practice within a supportive, team-based environment
that values patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Position
Highlights Manage an average of 25 patients per day with strong
support from advanced practice providers. Work alongside a
collaborative team of physicians and mid-level clinicians . Minimal
call requirements, limited to occasional phone coverage, with no
need to report on-site. Full-time schedule with work-life balance
built in. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of
gynecological conditions, including infections, menstrual
irregularities, hormone imbalances, and benign growths. Perform
physical exams such as Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
Provide counseling on contraception, fertility, menopause, and
reproductive health. Prescribe appropriate treatments and
collaborate with the broader care team to ensure comprehensive,
patient-focused outcomes. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base
