We are currentlu offering a $5000 Sign-On Bonus for this position. Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. DOR Responsibilities: The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and administration of the facility’s rehabilitation department. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered therapy services in accordance with federal and state regulations, professional standards, and company policies. The DOR will oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, manage productivity and budgets, and ensure documentation accuracy to support reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
