trauma center operating like Level 2 Experienced PAs handle first
trauma calls 24 hour out of house call coverage ATLS certification
required Trauma and general surgery procedures 7 am - 4 pm daily
schedule plus emergency consults Intensivists manage ICU admissions
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
