Job Description Psychiatrist (Remote & On-site) - New York Location: Multiple locations across New York, including Upper West Side, Lincoln Square, Carnegie Hill, SoHo (Manhattan), Hudson, and Brooklyn Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Shift: Flexible Scheduling Job Summary: Join a collaborative outpatient private practice providing psychiatric care for children, adolescents, or adults. This flexible role allows for remote or on-site work with a manageable caseload and strong support from a multidisciplinary team. Competitive hourly compensation and licensure support are offered. Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments - Collaborate with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers to co-manage psychiatric medications - Provide direct care via telehealth or in-person visits depending on provider preference - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnoses - Coordinate with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) for integrated care - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards - Participate in staff meetings and case discussions as needed Qualification, Licensure and Experience: - Active NY State medical license (or) willingness to obtain one (cost covered) - Board-certified (or) board-eligible Psychiatrist - Experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning - Comfortable working in a team-based care environment with NPs and PAs - Open to treating children, adolescents, or adults based on provider's specialization Benefits: - $225/hour compensation - Health, Life, and Disability Insurance - 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) - $1,500 CME allowance - Paid malpractice insurance - 401(k) with employer match - Assistance with licensing fees and professional dues
