NexGen Orthopedics is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and patient-focused Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in minimally invasive shoulder and knee procedures to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in New Jersey. The successful candidate will work closely with pain management specialists, chiropractors, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive, operative and non-operative care to treat a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal disorders involving the shoulder and knee; reducing surgical trauma; improving recovery times; and improving patient function through personalized treatment and collaborative approaches.
