Job Description About the Role We are actively staffing for an exclusive pool of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to support primary care telemedicine program. This is a fully remote, telemedicine-based position where clinicians work from our Client's Williamsburg location and serve patients virtually — no in-person patient visits. This role is part of a structured process that qualifies patients for comprehensive primary care programs, making your clinical work meaningful and impactful from day one. Key Responsibilities Conduct telemedicine-based primary care visits with assigned patients Perform medication management reviews and adjustments Issue referrals to nutritionists, behavioral health providers, and other specialists as appropriate Navigate and work efficiently within Client's care coordination system Follow established clinical protocols and organizational guidelines Document visits accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborate with the broader care team to support patient outcomes Requirements Credentials Active NP or PA licensure in good standing (required) Board certification as required by licensure Male or female candidates welcome — we are an equal opportunity employer Experience Telemedicine experience strongly preferred Candidates without telemedicine experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong motivation, adaptability, and a clear understanding that this role is entirely virtual — with zero in-person patient contact Primary care background is a plus Skills & Attributes Comfortable working in a structured, protocol-driven environment Ability to follow clinical and operational instructions Strong communication skills — both written and verbal Tech-savvy with experience using telehealth platforms or willingness to learn quickly Team-oriented, reliable, and professional Work Location & Setup This position is based at our client's Williamsburg location. While the work is conducted entirely via telemedicine, the clinician must be able to work from this physical site as part of their care delivery model.
