Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine | Radiology - Interventional Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location: Canandaigua, New York Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Start: April 2026 (or ASAP once credentialed) Contract: Locum Assignment | ~6 Months with Possible Extension Position Overview We are seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician for a locum opportunity in Canandaigua, New York . This role focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient pain management care , including performing a variety of interventional pain procedures in a well-supported clinical environment. The provider will primarily work in an ambulatory pain clinic with occasional procedural coverage at a nearby procedural site . ??? Eligible Provider ?? MD / DO – Pain Management Physician ?? Pain Medicine Fellowship Required (ACGME accreditation not mandatory) ?? Board Certified or Board Eligible ?? Active New York Medical License Required ?? BLS Certification Required Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions Perform interventional pain management procedures Develop individualized pain management treatment plans Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to optimize patient outcomes Document patient care using the EPIC EMR system Common Procedures Performed Providers should be comfortable performing: ?? Epidural Steroid Injections (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar) ?? Medial Branch Blocks (MBB) ?? Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) ?? Peripheral Nerve Blocks ?? Trigger Point Injections ?? Sacroiliac Joint Injections ?? Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials ?? Genicular Nerve Blocks & RFA ?? Intercostal Nerve Blocks ?? Piriformis Injections Practice Environment Outpatient pain management clinic setting ??? Dedicated clinical support staff available (Secretary & LPN during clinic days) Ambulatory patient population EPIC Electronic Medical Record system Schedule & Coverage Monday – Friday schedule ? 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shifts Office call only (after hours & weekends) ?? Important Requirements Active New York license required prior to start Recent EPIC experience required BLS certification required ?
