Family Matters . This Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role will
primarily support our Springdale Road / Washington Township –
Voorhees, NJ location and may include coverage at affiliated sites
as needed. What You Will Do As an Advanced Practice Provider,
Oncology , you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in
collaboration with licensed physicians. Key responsibilities
include: Obtain, document, and evaluate comprehensive patient
health and developmental histories Perform and document advanced
physical examinations Analyze clinical data, identify problems, and
present findings Order and/or perform diagnostic and screening
tests in collaboration with supervising physicians Interpret
results and determine appropriate treatment plans Educate patients
and families on diagnoses, procedures, treatment options, and
preventive care Assist in developing and implementing
individualized plans of care, including medications, referrals, and
consultations Manage acute and chronic illnesses according to
established protocols Consult supervising physicians when patient
progress does not meet anticipated outcomes Maintain accurate
medical documentation, billing practices, and compliance with
healthcare regulations Provide clinical education or in-service
training to staff as appropriate Assist in the education of
students, residents, and interns when applicable Provide emergency
care and initiate life-saving measures, including BLS/CPR and ACLS
Deliver care at affiliated off-site locations, including hospitals
Participate in the development of clinical policies and procedures
as requested Perform other duties as assigned What We Expect From
You Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Successful
completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current and
unrestricted New Jersey license Required certifications, including
BLS; ACLS may be required Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve
practical problems and make sound clinical decisions Ability to
interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule-based
instructions Computer Skills: Proficiency with electronic medical
records and clinical information systems Physical Demands The

operational resources. Compensation Salary Range: $99,360.00 –
$144,700.00 annually Compensation will vary based on experience,
