Job Description:
A growing healthcare service provider is seeking a Telehealth
Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional virtual care through
video, phone, and secure messaging. This role is ideal for an NP
who thrives in a digital-first environment and wants to expand
access to high-quality care for diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities Include: Conducting virtual patient assessments
Diagnosing and treating common conditions Managing ongoing care
plans and follow-up Providing patient education and support
Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborating with other providers as needed Ideal Qualifications:
Active NP license and relevant certifications Telehealth experience
preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Comfortable with EMR systems and digital tools Compassionate and
