A large healthcare organization is seeking a highly experienced Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical strategy, policy development, and revenue cycle optimization. This executive leader will establish policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure clinical compliance while steering the company’s long-term medical and operational goals. Responsibilities Include: Developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and protocols Leading clinical compliance initiatives and regulatory adherence Strengthening and optimizing revenue cycle processes Providing executive oversight of medical practice strategy and growth Ensuring high standards of patient care across outpatient settings Collaborating with operations and leadership teams to align medical and financial goals Supporting quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Ideal Qualifications: Board Certified in Primary Care (required) MUST have active NY Medicaid number Minimum 5 years of outpatient clinical leadership experience Strong understanding of revenue cycle and healthcare compliance Proven executive leadership skills Strategic thinker with strong operational insight This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a seasoned physician leader ready to shape clinical excellence and organizational growth.
