Job Description:
A community-focused organization is seeking compassionate and
personable Care Advisors to serve as the primary point of contact
for families in need of support services. Advisors manage a
caseload and help families navigate available benefits, resources,
and care coordination. No prior experience is required—just a
genuine desire to help others, a warm personality, and a
willingness to learn. Full training is provided for the right
candidates. Responsibilities Include: Managing a caseload of
families and coordinating care services Guiding families through
available benefits, supports, and resources Serving as a consistent
point of contact for families Collaborating with service providers
and internal teams Maintaining accurate documentation and
communication records Ideal Qualifications: Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
Highly organized and detail-focused Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment Willing to learn and grow in a service-based
role Additional Info: Full-time, in-person position based in
Flatbush No prior experience required—training provided This is a
