Job Description:
A healthcare agency is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide
clinical leadership and oversight without field visits. This role
focuses on staff supervision, training, compliance, and quality of
care. Responsibilities Include: Supervising, training, and
evaluating RN staff Ensuring compliance with DOH and accreditation
standards Conducting internal audits and incident reviews
Supporting policy updates and emergency preparedness Partnering
with HR and coordination teams Ideal Qualifications: Active NYS RN
license Clinical leadership or supervisory experience Background in
home care, hospital, or healthcare settings Strong regulatory and
compliance knowledge Excellent organizational and communication
