An organization is seeking a bilingual Russian-English Service Coordinator to manage a caseload of 25 individuals . This role involves providing support, coordinating services, and ensuring clients receive the necessary assistance. Responsibilities Include: Manage and oversee a caseload of 25 clients , ensuring they receive appropriate services. Communicate effectively in both Russian and English to assist clients. Coordinate with service providers to facilitate client support and care plans . Maintain accurate records and document client interactions. Advocate for clients and address any concerns or challenges they may face. Ideal Qualifications: Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written). Experience in case management, social work, or client services preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills . Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently .
