Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Brooklyn, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in NYC. Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU. /n - Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately. /n - Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members. /n - Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing. /n - Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams. /n - Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s ICU stay. /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n - Current RN license for the state of New York. /n - 2 years of acute CCU RN experience is required. /n /n - BLS & ACLS , NIHSS certifications from the American Heart Association. /n /n - EPIC experience highly preferred. /n /n Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
