If you are looking for a fast-paced environment with great learning opportunities, this could be a great fit for you.About the Front Desk TeamWe're looking for a personable and friendly team member to be the first point of contact for all of our in-shop visitors. You'll be maintaining and executing on all front desk duties with potential for cross-training on other in-store positions.The ideal candidate will have an upbeat, easygoing personality in addition to being perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with day-to-day customers, complaints, learn quickly, upsell services and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.We want you to make our guests and visitors feel appreciated and valued while on our premises, while providing quick and efficient service.In our candidates, we are looking for individuals that are:Open to learning and adaptingAble to stay positive, outgoing, and energetic while working on their feetQuick on their feet and comfortable working in a fast-paced settingSome experience in customer service, retail, sales or similar positionProficient in English (oral and written), multilingual is a plusStrong communication and people skillsFront Desk ResponsibilitiesKeep front desk clean, presentable and stocked with appropriate materialGreet and welcome guests as they enter and departUpsell services during interactions while maintaining a friendly exchangeAnswer questions and address complaints while communicating with the teamEnsure store is well-stocked with all supplies needed for a busy dayTake up other duties as assignedGreeting customers and assisting customers with adjusting their bike rentalsStacking, moving and lifting bikes throughout a fast-paced and active shiftPlease include in your resume any relevant experience you have with bike riding or bike maintenance.
