Job Description:

Quick Jewelry Repairs is seeking a detail-oriented, Jewelry Operations Associate to join our Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for a variety of operations and customer service centered tasks including shipping, inventory management, and quality control of jewelry. This role requires great attention to detail and organization. This role reports to the Operations and Marketing Leads and works cross-functionally with other departments daily.
Required Skills

  • Experience in a customer service and operations environment with a desire to help people
  • Strong organizational, analytic, written, and verbal communication skills
  • You are capable of managing multiple tasks
  • You are levelheaded and flexible when it comes to handling a volatile customer situation and resolving it to the customers utmost satisfaction in order to preserve brand image and loyalty.
  • You are resourceful, innovative and proactive when it comes to problem solving; you come up with creative solutions to fix the issue and you anticipate issues before they arise.
  • Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
  • Someone affable and adaptable with a positive attitude!
  • You can manage multiple tight deadlines to meet customer expectations for turnaround time
    • Supporting and leading daily operations
    • You will coordinate with the CX team in addition to jewelers, jewelry designers, and vendors to fulfill all customer needs including special requests and custom jewelry creation.
    • Prepare customer shipments to ensure orders are fulfilled and accurately executed
    • Be confident in multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and making decisions
    • Use helpdesk software to communicate with customers
    • Use internal communication systems to log updates, facilities issues and other concerns
      Required Experience
      • College degree
      • 1-3 years of operations customer service (CX) experience
      • A proven history of writing and communicating with customers (preferred)
      • Prior experience in jewelry and/or operations a major plus ++by Jobble
