Currently, we are seeking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator to handle client inquiries, assist with processing orders, and manage our ticketing system. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to promote the vision of company. You will be trained on our various product lines, and you are expected to assist team members with processing orders and answering client inquiries. This is a 100% remote position, so the perfect candidate needs to be self-motivated and organized with superior time management skills.Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and complaints received throughout our territories and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage high volume of incoming calls
  • Responsible for processing orders, providing customers with information about products and services, taking orders, and processing return modifications
  • Promptly return retail customers concerns, issues or questions via phone, e-mail, etc.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Coordinate between customer orders, inventories and incoming orders
  • Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Maintain a strong product knowledge of brands represented
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Keep customer account information up to date and accurate
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Be a resource for other team members as necessary Qualifications:
    • Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years in a related role
    • Experience with ZenDesk platform strongly preferred
    • Familiar with Dynamics CRM and Brandwise systems and practices preferred
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    • Superior time management, project management and planning skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Detail oriented and strong organization skills
    • Able to work autonomously, independently and as a team player
    • Must be available for occasional travel and work over weekends (a couple planned events a year)
