Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for a top fashion company in Kenilworth, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Management of day-to-day operations and performance of the Customer Service Department.
Manage direct communication with consumers via e-mail, online chat, and social requests.
Collect intel and anecdotal information (sales trends, stock shortages, customer feedback, etc.) from brand ambassadors and consumers to forward it to the appropriate departments (design, creativity, e-commerce, operations).
Assistance for direct online orders and wholesale inquiries.
Analyze consumer behavior through live chat platform to create better communication interactions.
Create and manage customer contact programs to build relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
Manage escalation issues for Returnly (consumer returns platform).
Administration of the Judge.me consumer evaluation platform: Approve revisions, Manage the comments section, and Create a summary of monthly reviews.
Manage the internal and external online communication of company policies as the company evolves.
Monitor and track bulk requests for cancellations and approvals. Monitor trends.
Assist with Off-Price seasonal selloff orders.
Assist with Department store requests.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Customer Service and / or Customer Service Management, preferably with a fashion brand
Sales oriented individual with ability to absorb extensive information regarding our product offering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Positive attitude and highly energetic
Must have smaller retail/boutique experience
