Wood-RidgeSummary of PositionAs the leader and a member of our
kitchen management team, it is sous chef's primary responsibility
to lead the line in prepare the highest quality food, consistently
and effectively. Additionally, as Sous Chef, you will:Accurately
and efficiently prepare hot food items, while also leading others
on the linePrepare and portion food products prior to
cookingPerform other duties in the areas of food and final plate
preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked
itemsDemonstrate a true desire to satisfy the needs of othersHelp
the Chef build the kitchen team through hiring and ongoing
developmentAssist and/or complete inventory, ordering, setting of

Experience & SkillsMinimum of 3+ years as an Executive Chef,
Culinary Manager, high-volume Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a
similar restaurant concept with a high-volume, scratch
kitchenCulinary degree / certificate a plusComfortable working in
an emerging-growth company environmentStrong interpersonal, verbal
and written communication skillsAn impressive work-ethicMust have a
great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as
part of a teamAbility to work both independently and as a member of
a teamDesire to learn industry/gain experienceHighly collaborative
