IT Aloha Kitchen Support Technician (Remote) The IT Aloha Kitchen Support Technician is responsible for day-to-day support of corporate end user computing and Shack systems including Point of Sale (POS), restaurant system support, digital ordering, and kitchen management/display. This support specialist is highly knowledgeable of restaurant operations and how technology can enable/support both the customer and team member experience. This individual is tasked with handling more complex issues and incidents for both restaurants and corporate end users and they are enabled with higher level access. - Key Responsibilities

  • ---------Provides advanced hardware and software support for all technology used in our Shacks including POS, Kitchen, Servers, Digital, Desktop, Networking, etc. Ensures problems and incidents are worked to resolution while providing excellent communication to restaurant operators and management. ------- -
  • ------Trains and mentors more junior team members on operating procedures, Shake Shack systems, and advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution techniques
  • ------Escalates to and consults with leadership on incidents and complex problems
  • ------Provides level II hardware and software support for all technology used by our corporate end users including desktop, Office365, videoconferencing, VPN, file sharing, etc. --- -
  • Acts as escalation point for Shake Shack IT Support Team, NCR Aloha Support, and Fusion Network Support escalations -
  • Accountable for meeting KPIs and SLAs, assisting management and the team by developing processes and automations to reduce tickets, improve response and resolution times, and improve communications Skills, Knowledge, & Experience
    • 6+ years of relevant work experience
    • Demonstrated experience supporting brick and mortar location and corporate end user computing in a $1Bn+ enterprise -
    • Experience coordinating activities with 3rd party vendors supporting engineering, operations, site installations, network operations
    • Strong hands-on experience with POS and store technology support -
    • Extensive end user computing support experience with PC and MAC
    • Great communication skills
    • Demonstrated experience in a multi-unit retail environment (restaurants preferred) - Benefits include:
