Job Description:


  • Perform duties of busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering items to clients, cleaning of food and beverage prep areas, and creating better efficiency.
  • Ability to learn the menu and explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system and communicate order details to the kitchen staff as needed
  • Flexibility and knowledge serving Executive Dining Rooms, Catering functions (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and Executive Pantries.
  • Format service stations and pantry areas
  • Be able to safely serve clients hot and cold beverages as requested
  • Be able to carry trays that weigh 40 pounds
  • Maintain a clean and well organized work environment
  • Replenish beverage station with bottle water, sodas, and ice tea etc.
  • Time management and work cohesively with other team members
  • Execute the side-job as assigned and maintain all sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines.
  • Fulfil with corporate requirements such as Code of Conduct, Privacy Awareness, and Performance Management Requirements etc. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Minimum of five years' experience in fine dining and catering operations is required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are a must, as well as working a flexible schedule.
