Vice President, Team Leader of Credit Shared Services -
Corporate & Investment Banking (C&IB)New York, United States of

Functions/Responsibilities:
- Manages the schedule of a team of credit professionals
dedicated to credit control and basic portfolio management
tasks.
- Performs quarterly and annual spreading of company financial
reporting.
- Performs quarter covenant compliance testing.
- Ensures client reporting documentation is filed and retained
according to policy.
- Assists the underwriting team in ensuring internal systems
properly reflect client legal hierarchies.
- Understands and reviews loan documents to confirm loan data is
being entered on the system accurately. -
- Mentors and trains new employees in the Credit Shared Services
Role.
- Reviews financials and tests client financial results against
internal performance triggers.
- Performs the functions of the position with only periodic
oversight.
- Ensures adherence to credit policies, guidelines, and
applicable regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identifies issues with recommended risk
mitigation.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance,
Accounting, Management, Economics or equivalent field.Work
Experience:
- Relevant Professional Work Experience, 9+ Years
- Experience in Financial Analysis, Structuring, Underwriting,
and Portfolio Management, 5+ years
- Prior Management Experience 1+ YearsSkills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial statement analysis and
financial covenant assessment.
- Extremely organized and experienced in building internal
processes.
- Good familiarity with lending products used by large corporate
clients.
- Loan documentation knowledge is preferred. -
- Strong communication skills, and ability to influence others by
persuasively presenting thoughts and ideas to gain commitment and
agreement for proposed ideas and solutions
- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and meet
deadlines.
- Proficiency with computer systemsFor NYC Job Applicants: The
base annual salary range for this position is $126,000-$165,000.
The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience,
training, licensure and certifications and location.At Santander,
