This person will both lead and support our team on a variety of projects that includes dam repair, flood mitigation and climate resilience, floodwalls, levees, dam removal, and river restoration.The Team Leader will be responsible for: managing single- and multi-discipline projects of varying sizes and complexities; preparing engineering proposals; and providing technical mentoring and reviews for projects throughout New England. This position also includes business development to grow the practice in collaboration with Fuss & O'Neill's office managers, water resources department managers, and technical team members.Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering
• Typically requires at least 10 years' experience in dam engineering
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Dam removal design permitting and construction experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skillsVisa sponsorship isNOTavailable for this position.
