spirit. -Job Summary: -The HR team is looking for a Regional Talent
Advisor, Retail be responsible for managing the full recruitment
life cycle, which includes sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing,
and selection of candidates for Field/Store Management positions.
As part of the growth of the US market, you will primarily focus on
new store openings, as you will develop and execute innovative
sourcing strategies and solutions while establishing and sustaining
internal and external partnerships. To ensure success as a Regional
Talent Advisor, you should possess extensive experience as a
recruiter and the ability to attract the perfect candidate for each
role. As a Talent Advisor, you are attuned to the hiring needs of
the company and contribute to its success by hiring talented and
reliable candidates.You will be involved in our ongoing
transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an
omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.
-Responsibilities:
- Liaises with the Field leaders, USA to determine recruitment
needs for management roles;
- Oversees and manages the recruitment process for Retail
Management positions - US -(80 + Stores), with the objective of
identifying candidates who have high potential and are the right
fit within the organization, with a strong focus on the recruitment
for new store openings;
- Sources potential candidates through online company career
portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well
as print media, posters, and flyers, when required;
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting, including development of
sourcing strategies/advertising for management positions, phone
screening, scheduling/coordinating of interviews with field
leaders, extending offers, completing reference checks, negotiating
compensation and tracking candidate activity;
- Manages the hiring process for management positions via
Applicant Tracking Systems;
- Compiles interview questions and evaluations, and conducts
in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted
candidates;
- Handle all administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle
including thorough follow-ups with internal clients;
- Create a talent pipeline of both internal and external
candidates;
- Visit career and job fairs at schools or universities;
- In partnership with the HRBP, USA, you will also be responsible
for ensuring that the recruitment process is adhered to from the
field leaders, and that recruitment needs are properly
identified;
- In partnership with the HRBP, USA, follows up on progress of
recent hires to evaluate success in their position and cultural fit
in the organization;
- Work cross-functionally with other HR functions to ensure
equity and cultural fit.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or
similar;
- 3 plus years of experience as a Talent Advisor, or
similar;
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems;
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring
strategies and profiles as well as keeping up with industry
trends;
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract
suitable applicants;
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists,
and interview candidates;
- Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and
establishing professional relationships with candidates,
- Strong organizational skills, ability in documenting
processes;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Over and above
