Customer Service RepresentativeAn -Entry Level Customer Service Associate will act as a connection, providing product/service information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. -*The goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction. -Customer feedback is priceless, and our associates -can gather it for us.   • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of not just reaching, but exceeding quota requirements
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ready to start immediately and commute in North Jersey
  • Customer orientation and capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
