• Smile and pleasantly attend to the needs of park guests.
• Understand locker assistance procedures
• Assist guests with comments, suggestions, or complaints about park.
• Knowledge of all applicable forms for lost children and lost items
• Communicate well with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Ensure all opening and closing procedures are properly followed.
• Know and understand all park rules, regulations, and facilities
