Job Description:

Pizzaiolo Mark Iacono of Lucali opened a slice shop in Carroll Gardens, Baby Luc's. Our project is a neighborhood pizzeria serving sicilian pies/slices, other menu items, and delicious things to drink. We are looking to fulfill a pizza cook position.The Pizza Cook will be working with a three deck Electric Oven.
Experience using uber tablet and toast POS

Primary Duties:

• Follow the prep list created by chef to plan duties.
• Label and stock all ingredients to be organized and easily accessible.
• Portion, stock and maintain fresh ingredients and seasonings to be used on garnishing.
• Maintain a clean and orderly oven.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with sanitation guidelines and keep a clean and orderly line.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
• Knows how to work with Pizza Dough and can ensure a high quality.
• Preparing dough, cutting, grating, slicing, servingQualificationsEssential
  • Prior experience in preparing foods
  • Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Provide legible communication.
  • High school graduate or equivalent culinary training certificate.
  • NYC Food Handlers Physical Abilities
    • Exert physical effort in transporting up to 40 pounds.
    • Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
