Our team members perform an array of duties ensuring that each guest leaves our Wendy's outlet located in our travel centers satisfied and happy. As part of the largest operator of travel centers in North America, you will contribute to a vibrant team environment under a globally recognized brand in our food and beverage department. Greeting customers with a positive demeanor. Taking customer orders accurately and recommending menu items. Handling cash and processing transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system. Preparing food and beverages according to Wendy’s safety standards and recipes. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas. Restocking items and ensuring cooking ingredients are available. Assisting in the opening and closing duties of the restaurant outlet within the travel center. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic cash handling and mathematical skills. Adaptability and responsiveness to address customer needs. Teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively. Problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle customer complaints gracefully. Medical Insurance 401k Food handling certification is preferred but can be obtained after employment.
