Our Recruiting team is expanding, and we are currently looking for
a National Field Sales Recruiter to join our team at our worldwide
headquarters in Madison, NJ. The ideal candidate will be able to

What you'll do:
You have a deep understanding of how important having the right
talent is in the real estate trenches. You're influential,
inclusive and insightful. You're the face of field sales recruiting
who knows how to work with hiring managers to assess what they
really need and create a pipeline of candidates who can fill both
the immediate role and lead our company into the future. You will
be identifying growth-minded Branch Managers and Regional Vice
Presidents nationally to drive our growth strategy for Coldwell
Banker and other Realogy companies. Whether consulting with hiring
managers, poring through applications, searching social sources or
building networks in the marketplace to find hidden talent, you're
able to match the right person, for the right job, right now and
for the future.
Who you are:
--- Inquisitive, confidently creating a dialogue with field
leadership who have a talent need where you can ask them the
probing questions that go beyond the surface to reveal the skills
and attributes needed for a position; being willing to learn by
asking them for information to expand your knowledge.
--- Insightful, having in-depth conversations with candidates and
using behavioral-based interviewing techniques to assess them for
their skills, areas of opportunity and determine if they
demonstrate the leadership competencies we seek.
--- Passionate about real estate to assess the strong Branch
Manager talent or identify agents who have the skills and interest
to grow into management.
--- Influential, identifying candidates' strengths, growth
potential and blind spots and guiding hiring managers to make the

current opening, but also uncovering that golden nugget of
information that will help hiring managers ensure the candidate's
success in the first three to six months, and in the future.
--- Inclusive, putting hiring managers and candidates at ease
during conversations in a way that encourages them to speak
candidly/openly and authentically.
--- Trusted consultant: Using your insight and industry knowledge,
you'll work with hiring teams and advise them on how to best define
and describe field sales roles and present a compelling
"go-to-market" strategy for attracting the best candidates.
--- Partner: Researching the current job market, competition and
industry trends, enabling you to exceed expectations on a search.
You make the hiring process a learning experience for yourself and
the hiring manager.

to separate the good from the great and bring them into the
--- Builder: Leveraging internal talent frameworks and external
sourcing tools, build a pipeline of eager and capable Branch

What you must have:
--- College degree: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources,
I/O psychology or related area. Master's degree a plus.
--- Proven track record: Success in managing full-cycle recruitment
in a the real estate industry, ability to ensure a diverse
candidate flow and fill requisitions with quality hires on a timely
--- Industry awareness: Solid experience with active and passive
recruiting techniques, including utilizing LinkedIn and other
social networks. Ability to think outside the box for targeted
selection and creative sourcing.
--- Communications skills: Strong written and verbal skills to
provide hiring managers with clear and concise assessment against
our leadership competencies.
--- Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and
applicant tracking systems and social media
What we'd like you to have:
--- College degree preferred
--- Three to five years' experience in professional-level sourcing,
assessment and consulting with line leaders.
--- Experience utilizing additional market talent data set to
