IRIS Software Inc. is hiring for IT Staffing Account Managers to work in our Edison, NJ office. IRIS offers a great Base salary + commissions and incentives. Successful candidates will have opportunities managing existing clients in various business verticals - including Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Logistics, Media, Financial Services and more.

Responsibilities: -- Account Management responsibilities for expanding our IT Staffing/IT Professional Services footprint in the Tri-state market-- Manage client relationships with stakeholders at one or more lines of business in a large account or with stakeholders at a mid-size account with a clear focus on creating a top-notch client experience-- Customize industry prevalent engagement models to suit client requirements and delivers engagements on a multi-year roadmap primarily focusing on IT staff augmentation-- Perform consultative sales process with senior client management.-- Conduct presentations, lead negotiations, coordinate sales decision-making process and overcome objections to closure.-- Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
Requirements:

• 7+ years of selling experience in the IT/Technology staffing industry
• Background and acumen to understand client's business, strategy
• Track record of managing and growing accounts
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to make effective presentations
• People-person with an innate ability to develop relationships at all levels of the client organization and maintain them on a longer term
• Ability to perform the role of a "trusted" advisor
• Understands nuances of the onsite-offshore delivery models and effectively partners with offshore counterparts
• A results oriented self-starter who can multi-task and be motivated to exceed targets, goals and expectations. Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
• Bachelor's Degree Required. Skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are needed
