The role will partner with our product and engineering leadership and lead sourcing strategy for our technical positions. This role is perfect for someone with a technical recruiting background who's eager to be a part of building an engineering team. Responsibilities include

  • Identify and prospect qualified candidates by using referrals, online job postings, and social media
  • Develop a strong prospect pipeline to support technical recruiting needs
  • Create, organize, and manage a comprehensive candidate database
  • Track search activity and optimize strategies and tactics for sourcing tech talents
  • Evaluate candidates qualifications and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Contribute to building tech recruiting strategy and planning Here are a few indicators that you're the right person
