Working alongside Managing Consultants and--the--Sector Leader, the Managing Associate plays a key role in executing all aspects of the search delivery process with the--highest--quality and within the required timescales.--The Managing Associate--will--take responsibility for the full search delivery cycle,--from initial candidate identification through to candidate interviews and--ultimately--of the--shortlist presentation to the client.-- The Managing Associate is the Executive Recruiter Lead/ Engagement Manager on our retained searches and will be presenting and interfacing with the clients and leading status update meetings as well as working with our internal team to keep the searches on track to completion. We're looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter Lead that has conducted searches in the Digital Sales & Marketing with leadership roles. KEY responsibilities/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Oversee and conduct initial research into target organizations and industry sectors to assist in identifying top talent for our clients' mid to senior level roles.
  • Identify--the best talent by sourcing and mapping relevant markets,--while--ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Approach suitable candidates--and qualify--them--against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.--This includes target list creation, sourcing strategy design and long-list creation.
  • Conduct--candidate interviews,--write interview reports and present shortlists to clients.
  • Provide weekly/bi-weekly client update reports--as necessary--and maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients--throughout--the assignment.
  • Handle--the--required logistics--for interviews, take and provide feedback on candidate interviews,--situational changes,--present--offers--and--manage--negotiation. Follow-up with candidate during notice period and ensure smooth transition to start date.--
  • Through the management of KPI's,--improve and maintain--ie.--productivity, quality of candidates presented--and--time to shortlist/hire.
  • Build relationships within the industry to develop--the wider--network, capture and maintain accurate--market, client and candidate information.
  • Manage & develop shortlisted candidates and ensure that the referral/network is world class and helpful.--
  • Contribute towards process, career development and training initiatives.
  • Conduct weekly searches to--stay up to date with the--Industrial industry trends and developments--and--identify future relevant talent within the--Industrial industry and build relationships with high potentials.--
  • Work with Managing Consultants--and--Sector Leader to ensure that information is shared,--e.g.--industry news, competitor searches, market intelligence.
  • Build effective relationships within the business and demonstrate positive and proactive communication with colleagues,--to include--generosity of knowledge and experience sharing. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
    • Significant--experience in a consulting or--commercial environment--with--good knowledge of and network in the--specific industry.
    • Demonstrable experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for retained search with experience including cold calling, developing search strategies and client/candidate management.
    • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate clients' needs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to quickly learn about different business environments and cultures and propose relevant solutions.
    • Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity.
