Azrin Distinguished Contribution to Applied Behavior Analysis Award. - Senior Recruiter at ElemyOur Senior Recruiters own the full-cycle recruitment process to help scale our fast-growing company. You will develop, drive, and execute recruiting strategies that support Senior level hiring at Elemy. In this role, you will build a strong pipeline of top talent, develop productive recruiting strategies, drive excellent candidate experience, and act as an advisor to hiring teams. You will own, manage and execute on a portfolio of complex requisitions simultaneously and will have the opportunity to mentor and advise more junior recruiters and sourcers on the team at large. You should be well versed in deep sourcing techniques, attracting and networking with senior talent using both your own network as well as various strategies to build new funnels.What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging in productive collaboration with key stakeholders, advising them on hiring strategies and practices and full lifecycle recruiting
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs, job descriptions, and specifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure each role has a consistent set of requirements, helping to ensure to combat bias
  • Push hiring managers to explore talent outside of their own network and never accept talent that is just "good enough for now"
  • Assess candidates' strengths through interviews. Be honest about the position and the company
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work, and have a perspective on Employer Branding
  • Keep up to date with current employment legislation and share insights with the team
  • Use Greenhouse to manage the recruiting process, including recruitment reports to hiring managers and for the team.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure each role has a consistent set of requirements, helping to ensure to combat bias and keeping diversity top of mindWhat You'll Need
    • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • The ability to recruit in a variety of business units
    • Ability to build diverse talent pipelines and develop long-term prospect relationship strategies
    • Experience designing and implementing data driven recruiting strategies
    • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to influence hiring managers and candidates
    • Experience building strategic partnerships at the senior leadership, working with cross-functional team members in order to up-level your function.
    • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
