venture-backed companies globally. Description The Technical
Recruiter serves as a member of the Human Resource team and will
help grow technology, data, and compliance teams. In addition, this
role may recruit for other openings as needed. The Technical
Recruiter ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records
and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external
and/or internal candidates for all level positions, specifically in
the technology space, including software engineers and
- Leverage social media and recruitment tools to actively market
and cultivate talent with our targeted profiles.
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote
our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract
the best professionals.
- Talk directly with hiring managers and build relationships with
hiring teams, including kick-off meetings and status meetings and
updating job descriptions as needs change.
- Actively participate in external/internal networks and research
to stay on top of emerging industry talent and diversity
methodologies. Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of related technical recruiting experience in
Corporate or Agency is required.
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components
including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing,
scheduling, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and
- Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs
through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting
passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies
to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant
tracking systems, CRM technologies, social and digital media.
