Job DescriptionThe team at Fundraise Up is growing! We're looking for top-performing salespeople with a track record of exceeding targets. You should have experience with a consultative selling motion in the SaaS space (nonprofit tech sales experience is a plus). The best candidates are highly coachable, lead with empathy & curiosity, and are tenacious self-starters. You must be able to conduct thorough discovery and provide prescriptive solutions to your prospects based on what you learn from discovery. What you'll accomplish

  • Support all Sales processes. Create and optimize infrastructure and processes in HubSpot and across the Fundraise Up tech stack to build a scalable, repeatable, data-driven sales machine
  • Drive strategy around achieving predictable revenue such as funnel management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Connect tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, enrichment, enablement, etc) for optimal workflow and visibility
  • Handle sales-based reporting and analytics to inform strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success via one source of truth
  • Manage strategic projects with the VP of Sales and the Executive Team to create efficiencies and automation across functions
  • Work with the Director of Finance to build forecasts and models for various planning initiatives
  • Analyze data to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, geos, verticals and commission structures
  • Handle HubSpot hygiene to ensure accurate data quality and accurate reporting
  • Create dashboards and reports for the customer journey (pre and post sales) What you bring
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with the ability to hit the ground running.
    • Strong working knowledge of the tools we use (or similar) to run the business and the ability to quickly learn and optimize new technologies.
    • You have very strong HubSpot reporting and dash-boarding and workflow skills.
    • Experienced working with sales and marketing teams at a rapidly-scaling SaaS company
    • Your super power is analyzing data and translating it into actionable insights.
