Job Description:
This position will be responsible for helping to add talent to
our team, train and mentor new associates. Your direct leader will
be responsible for training and developing you into our next
dynamic leader.
Roles Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions
including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing,
social networking, phone screening, email communication,
documentation, summary writing, and presentation.
Identifying the right candidates with the right skills to match
clients requirements.
Regularly interacting with the Account Manager to understand the
requirements.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality
sourcing and recruiting.
Should ensure to revert submit profiles with a quick turnaround
time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each
requisition.
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting,
Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.
Must have experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening
resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till
joining of candidates).
Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining building the
candidate database.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of US Recruiting experience in either IT or
Finance
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with salary
negotiations, offer extensions, and interview preparation.
Experience working with ATS, preferably JobDiva.
Passion and eagerness to make best-in-industry incentives by
generating placement deals.
