Job Description About the Role: Do you enjoy meeting new people

asking questions and have an insatiable level of curiosity? This
might be the role for you We are looking for a Recruiter to join
our People team and manage full cycle recruiting for some of our
most critical positions. In this newly created role, youll use
various channels to attract and engage with potential candidates,
contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for
future hiring needs. You'll partner with hiring managers to kick
off new searches and manage the full process, all while ensuring
our candidates have a world-class experience. You will proactively
identify our hiring needs and help us attract the best talent, with
a focus on diverse and representative talent pools. Youll also help
with recruiting and onboarding processes and tasks within our

What You'll Do: Attract, source and screen potential candidates
through creative methods (ex: Boolean searches, social media, new
job boards, etc) Manage end to end recruitment process, from role
kickoff to our sourcing strategy to scheduling interviews and
extending offers Interact with potential candidates on social media
and professional networks (ex: LinkedIn, Indeed, etc) Develop
talent pipelines for future hiring needs with a focus on diverse
and representative talent pools Measure and help us learn from our
data on conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates
and recruiting funnel metrics Drive referrals from employees and
external networks Create new and interesting ways to help promote
our employer brand, making PERSUIT a top employer Create and send
out offer letters and manage onboarding tasks in our systems Policy
administration and compliance tasks as needed Maintain accurate
candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System Other tasks as
needed- were a growing company and we all enjoy wearing many hats
You'll Have: 4 years of professional work experience with at least
2 years in a Recruiter role Bonus points for experience in a
high-growth SaaS company Hands-on experience with sourcing
techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting
Boolean search strings) Ability to positively present our company
and open roles to potential candidates Effective time-management
abilities while balancing multiple priorities We're also open to
