Campus RecruiterTitle: Campus Recruiter Location: New York, NY Duration: 12 Months Manager wants a resource who is willing to learn. Ideal profile is a recent College Graduate who has an interest in the below work.-Campus (College Recruiting). Think of this as Branding Citi at Colleges for students to apply for roles. Like a brand ambassador would do. Seeking a Campus Recruiter Coordinator to assist with identifying, attracting, hiring for the Analyst Programs for the technology organizations . The coordinator will assist the Campus Recruiter with managing the on-campus efforts for a select group of target schools for both summer and full-time recruiting in addition to assisting with the summer internship programs. Responsibilities: Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including company presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews Assist in the development and support of a robust diversity recruiting strategy Assist the recruiter throughout the recruiting process Assist with summer intern and/or full-time programs including onboarding, training, events, appraisal process and offers Support program management processes as needed, including rotations, placements, performance management, compensation, and promotion Assist with managing data in online applicant tracking system, workforce planning, diversity statistics and related reporting as requested. Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding , its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Recruiting and Program Management Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about technology, financial services and talent development Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint Effective writing and verbal communication skills Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization Strong relationship and client management skillset requiredInterested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 192331 when responding to this ad.
