hear from you today.Position OverviewAlign seeking a dedicated and
enthusiastic Payroll Administrator to run the payroll for our
established and growing company. Qualified candidates must have ADP
payroll experience, and ADP Workforce Now. Knowledge of payroll
laws and requirements is expected. Candidates should have
experience processing payroll for at least 200 person firms. This
position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work
closely with the HR Director on several key initiatives.The Payroll
Administrator is a hybrid role based out of our Iselin, NJ
OfficeThis is a full-time position offering $70 to $80K base
salary, plus benefits, paid time off and bonus.
ResponsibilitiesHelp with processing and completing payroll for
200+ employeesOrganize, maintain, and update employee wage, tax and
personal information in ADP Workforce Now HRIS / Payroll
systemCorrespondence with ADP representatives on related payroll
issuesEnter and follow up on Direct Deposit InformationMaintain
security and confidentiality of all informationPreparation of
year-end payroll reports for audits (Insurance audits); General
Liability and Workman's CompensationMonthly employee overtime
checksSemi-monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting to ADP on
Section 125 & 401k PlansYear-end Verification of W-2'sTransitChek
or other Commuter Benefit administrationEmployee Benefit
maintenanceAddress employee payroll inquiries and submit data
changesPayroll Administration for related companyAdditional
responsibilities and special projects as directed by the CFO & the
ControllerQualificationsMinimum of 3 years experience with payroll
administration and processingProficient in ADP Workforce Now and
ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skills with the
ability to work with all levels of the organizationStrong
organizational and follow-up skillsAble to establish and maintain
effective working relationshipsFlexible and willing to cross-train
and contribute to other functions in the department as neededStrong
problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and
create action plans as neededAble to maintain confidentiality, set
