As a Diversity Sourcer at Precision Value & Health, your primary purpose is to identify, assess, and bring top diverse talent to our attention. More specifically, you will:

• Source, pre-screen, and guide/educate candidates
• Partner with business and recruiting teams to help execute on diversity initiatives
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by educating candidates on our culture and opportunities
• Report and analyze data on recruitment
  Qualifications:
  
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience; 5+ years with minimum of 2 years of agency experience building pipelines from scratch
  • A passion for understanding and engaging diverse talent
  • Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively build cross-functional relationships
  • Prior experience with direct sourcing for passive candidates. Skilled utilizing complex search methods in LinkedIn, Boolean searches, other
  • Excel writing compelling LinkedIn In-mails
