Performance and Compensation Manager hybridPerformance and Compensation Manager - Law Firm - Manhattan, NY - Hybrid$140-160k + BonusRole: You will develop, implement and administer compensation and performance management programs for attorney and administrative staff. Responsibilities:

Manage and administer the firm's compensation cycles
Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, etc.
Lead attorney and administrative staff performance evaluation processes
Lead compensation related projectsQualifications:
- 7+ years of corporate compensation experience
