POSITION SUMMARY
Laderach N. America is seeking an experienced -Human Resources
Manager -focused on Recruitment and HR Operations. This position
reports directly into the Human Resources Director and works well
with a collaborative HR team. The ideal candidate would have proven
experience in Human Resources initiatives within premium retail,
ideally in luxury or fine food. - The HR Manager is an -driven,
organized individual who wants to help Laderach, NA -achieve their
- and their employees reach their potential.
GENERAL DUTIES
- - - - - - - - - Help with recruiting, including hosting
interviews, coordinating final interviews, and drafting (and
sending) offer letters
- - - - - - - - - Source top candidates by using the services of
recruiting agencies and networking or internet resources
- - - - - - - - - Performing and ensuring all Onboarding for new
hires of Laderach, N. America
- - - - - - - - - Help ensure company recruitment processes support
guidelines for equal employment opportunities
- - - - - - - - - Knowledge of Compensation Analysis and
Benchmarking
- - - - - - - - - Provide employees with information regarding
compensation, job benefits, and working conditions
- - - - - - - - - Use human resources management software (ADP
Workforce Now & ADP Workforce Now on the Go) to prepare and
maintain records of employee hiring, promotions, transfers, or
terminations
- - - - - - - - - Administering and maintaining Time benefits such
as Vacation, Sick, etc., hours in ADP
- - - - - - - - - Interview exiting employees and process the
paperwork for employment terminations
- - - - - - - - - Interpreting labor laws and administering them
accordingly. This includes keeping up with federal and state
minimum wage, overtime, child-labor, and record-keeping laws, plus
administering legally compliant employment contracts
- - - - - - - - - In partnership with the HR Team, periodically
review personnel policies by analyzing employment-related data to
identify areas that require improvement
- - - - - - - - - Enforcing company policies that may relate to a
code of conduct, time-card submission, HRIS usage, paychecks,
etc.
- - - - - - - - - Partnering with other departments on HR related
events/team building projects
- - - - - - - - - Perform ad hoc HR-related projects as needed by
the HR Director -
DESIRED SKILLS
- - - - - - - -Bachelor's degree in human resources or in a related
field
- - - - - - - -3-5 Years HR Manager/Specialist related
experience
- - - - - - - -Certification from a professional human resources
association such as the Society for Human Resources Management
(SHRM) is highly preferred
- - - - - - - -Attention to detail: HR Manager monitor work
operations to ensure compliance with federal and local labor
laws
- - - - - - - -Interpersonal skill: Ability to collaborate with
hiring managers and other recruiting partners to meet the needs of
the store/company
- - - - - - - -Communication skill: Proficient in interacting with
supervisors, hiring agencies and new recruits to relay necessary
information in a timely manner
