Job Description:
This HR Project Manager will report to the Sr Human Resources
Advisor and support the HR team who are responsible for several
businesses within the Institutional Client Group (ICG) including,
Global Markets, Financing and Securitization (F&S), Securities
Services and Institutional Credit Management (ICM). This role will
execute against multiple project goals, recruiting and headcount
initiatives and standardization of processes across the combined
team. They will be a representative for HR on a number of regional
and global initiatives. He/she will drive the research, strategy,
and coordination on a number of projects. The position requires a
highly organized and motivated individual who has demonstrated
successes in complex organizational initiatives. This person will
work independently with limited supervision. This individual will
be responsible to set standards, proactively synthesizes
information and creates executive ready material. He/she should
have excellent interpersonal skills and work constructively with
people across various functional departments and geographies to
facilitate project deliverables. This role will interact with
various HR partners across the enterprise as well as key business
stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, design and coordinate the strategy around execution of
key HR cyclical processes for the HR Team that supports the above
client groups (i.e., Performance Management, Talent Management,
MD/DIR Promotions, Year-End Compensation, etc.)
- Set strategic reporting priorities levering existing standard
reports and tolls while consistently finding/creating opportunities
for enhancements. -
- Facilitate team training for enhanced self-service reporting
and where possible client self-service reporting.
- Manage global Reduction in Force process in partnership with
HRA/HRGs and Finance
- Liaise with the Headcount Reporting and Analytics team to
develop data analytics and insights on various reports, data needs
and trends/opportunities across the business
- Manage ad hoc projects and assist with ad hoc Sr HRA / HRA
requests as needed
- Support and drive strategy around People Strategy (incl. Career
Development, Culture, Diversity strategy, etc.) and Organizational
Health design including the development and execution of In
Business Support and Dual/Matrix Mgr strategy and implementation
across multiple business lines and regions to drive efficiencies,
increase organizational capability and mitigate risk. -
- Support the organization design work within the function and
work towards strengthen the HR operating model across multiple ICG
groups.
- Partner with Chief Administrative offices on people initiatives
and communications (incl. MD/DIR promotions, VOE, Town Hall FAQ &
people data, etc.)
- Primary lead globally for all IA validation, reporting and
responses including helping address concerns arising from these
reviews.
- Act as liaison and Subject Matter Expert for HR reporting and
analysis which includes partnering with the business to understand
needs and reporting asks, working with Product and Regional HR
Advisors to prepare urgent and or ad/hoc reports, analytics and
modeling, data quality and clean up efforts. -
- Partnering with Markets Business Control and Supervision on
auditing and reviewing Market Conduct metrics (MCIT) and auditing
employee records
- Active member on select committees, including PCR Governance
Forum, and a variety of business forums
- Direct manager for C12 resourceQualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience working on large scale projects,
including experience in project tracking and issue management
- 2-3+ years of managerial experience
- Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills;
able to effectively communicate across all levels of leadership and
functional areas
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and prepared to work independently on multiple
projects simultaneously
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate with diverse
teams comprised of many backgrounds, perspectives and skill
sets
- Ability to manage and influence cross-business and global
teams
- Ability to understand issues at both strategic and operational
levels
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain
confidentiality
