ExemptEstimated Salary: $100,000 - $120,000Job Summary:The Senior
Associate, Human Resources will provide best in class service
across the global business with a focus on talent acquisition.
Serve as a trusted global business partner to develop effective
talent solutions and deliver a high-quality talent acquisition
experience both internally and externally. This is an exciting
opportunity for a highly motivated individual to further develop
deep, hands-on recruitment experience working in a global Human
Resources environment. A strong professional presence, exceptional
communication skills and high level of attention to detail are

Responsibilities/Activities:* Provide best in class service
managing experienced hire/lateral recruiting processes including
but not limited to the following:* Primary recruiter and point of
contact for global infrastructure searches from Associate through
Director levels* Execute additional searches across various
business groups globally, as needed* Conducting recruitment
processes and interviews across global businesses* Coordination of
requisition requirements with the business* Posting job
specifications to applicant tracking system and job boards* Support
facilitation of candidate flow for open vacancies and manage
candidate communications* Ensure the accurate recording and
monitoring of recruitment activity, including collaborating with HR
data and analytics partners on all recruitment analytics and
reporting* Partner closely with hiring managers/teams to educate
about recruitment strategies and to facilitate feedback* Interface
regularly with hiring managers and Executive Assistants internally,
as well as candidates and agency recruiters to deliver exceptional
service* Complete administrative and coordination requirements
throughout the recruitment cycle accurately and promptly* Support
execution of formal offer approval and offer extension processes*
Partner collaboratively and effectively with internal HR team
members to deliver a seamless sourcing, recruitment, and
on-boarding processes* Other duties and responsibilities include:*
Initiate and monitor background checks and escalate issues to Vice
President, Human Resources* Conduct candidate reference checks*
Assist with processing ad-hoc headcount requestsMinimum
Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree* 3-4 years related experience,
with a strong interest in talent acquisition and development*
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Ability to
interface effectively and professionally with all levels of
employees* Exceptional organizational skills with a strong
attention to detail* Exceptional client service and relationship
management skills* Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to
work effectively under pressure and adhere to assigned deadlines*
Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that
values diverse perspectives* Ability to prioritize assignments
effectively* High ethical standards, ability to work with
discretion, and maintain the highly confidential nature of all
Human Resources work* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
