This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a minimum of three years of experience in managing international payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who is well-versed in payroll processes, international tax laws, and general ledger accounting. Responsibilities:As our Global Payroll Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently across all our international locations. Your key responsibilities will include:1. Overseeing the management and coordination of payroll operations for multiple international locations, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.2. Reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validating confirmed reports.3. Understanding proper taxation of employer paid benefits.4. Processing correct garnishment calculations and compliance.5. Execution of interfaces between payroll and the general ledger.6. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of payroll information to international tax authorities.7. Developing and implementing payroll policies, procedures, and controls.8. Working closely with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll and tax procedures.9. Providing leadership, guidance, and training to payroll staff.10. Staying updated with changes in international payroll and tax laws and regulations.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to have:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing international payroll operations.2. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, international tax laws, and general ledger accounting.3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.7. Proficiency in using payroll software.8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.9. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.10.
