  • Prepare entries to record payroll in the general ledger
  • Responsible for overtime reports, dudction variances, user access, change reports, etc.
  • Multi-state payroll. Manage annual payroll budgets, including payroll allocations
  • Work closely with the HR Deparment to ensure the processing of new hires, salary changes, etc.
  • Hybrid 1-2 Days In-Office Minimum requirements of the Accounts Receivable Position:
    • ADP Workforce Now a huge plus
    • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
    • System savvy
    • Team Player
