Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for several different personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedure.Main Responsibilities:------- --Provide administrative support to the HR department by organizing and maintaining personnel records and internal databases (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce Planning)------- --Provide administrative system support throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, pay change, promotions, and termination.--------- --Meets with new hires to complete new hire processing (including photo ID, I-9 verification and drafting new hire announcements) and ensure policies, procedures and regulations are clear------- --Work with talent acquisition team in creating and posting job requisitions and supporting recruitment------- --Supports HR department in various employee life-cycle process (bi-annual headcount planning, Performance Evaluation, etc.)--------- --Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues and uphold company policy and procedure.--------- --Assist in preparation of meeting deck for monthly client group meetings.------- --Support the HR department in day to day tasks and special projects as needed------- --Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly------- --Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, census)------- --Provide admin support to the different COEs where needed--Who we are looking for:------- --Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or related field------- --1+ years of HR administrative work experience------- --Experience with HR software and Information Systems, e.g., SAP, Power BI, HRIS, Success Factors--------- --Self-starter, able to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment.------- --Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize important projects------- --Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel------- --Highly detail oriented and able to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion------- --Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills------- --Aptitude in problem-solving and strong critical thinking skills------- --Advanced Excel and MS Office Applications--How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
